February 09, 2004 - CTC Aviation Group's Selects Pelesys as the Exclusive Supplier for Airbus A320 CBT/WBT Training Material.

Pelesys Learning Systems Inc., has been selected by CTC Aviation Group plc. to become their exclusive supplier for all flight crew computer based training (CBT/WBT) material as well as Pelesys Learning Management System.

The training package will initially include the delivery of several differently configured Airbus A320 flight crew training courseware including IAE and CFM power plants. Each course can be configured specifically to CTC's customers.

Under this agreement, the first delivered A320 courseware will be a customized easyJet configuration for CTC's easyJet training program. The courseware will be completely customized to easyJet's Airbus FCOM configuration including all latest software changes to match new model A320 aircraft.

CTC's new courseware will be delivered and student learning history will be tracked via Pelesys' Learning Management System. The agreement is for a 5 year term and includes on-going 24/7 technical support and courseware maintenance including CBT revisions and software upgrades.

Pelesys' unique and highly effective CBT approach significantly increases training effectiveness and condenses learning time.

Pelesys' A319/A320 course features extensive high- resolution 3D simulations and graphics, digital audio and video, and multiple platform delivery capabilities. Pelesys is capable of delivering training solutions and can be accessed via CD Rom, local area network (LAN) and over the Internet. Using new technology and instructional design, the new Computer Based Training (CBT) will be an efficient training tool that can be delivered accurately and efficiently. This enables students to learn and review material at their own speed and facilitates training management and material updates.
