Aeronett selected by Pan Am International Flight Academy to supply technology-based training (TBT) for Airbus 320

Richmond, BC, Canada
- Pan Am International Flight Academy (PAIFA) has selected Aeronett to provide the academy with technology-based training (TBT) for the Airbus 320 aircraft. PAIFA will use the course at their Miami training center to train commercial airline pilots on the function and operation of the operating and indicating systems of the Airbus 320 aircraft.

"Aeronett's A320 course will enable us to offer state-of-the-art TBT that's specifically designed according to the needs of our commercial airline clients who come to our training center from around the world," says Gary LaGuardia, Business Development Manager of PAIFA.

PAIFA selected Aeronett because of the company's experience in aviation training development and course delivery. Aeronett's solutions offer exceptional instructional design and course production quality. The integration of interactivity, 3D simulation, and 2D digital images provide a realistic and accurate portrayal of the flight deck. The courses motivate the learner, improve retention of new information, and allow for effective transfer of knowledge, skills and attitudes to the aircraft.
